Illinois Continuing Education Requirements

State of IL licensed Home Inspectors are required to complete 8 hours of continuing education per year.

Home Inspectors are required to renew their licenses every two years for a total of 12 hours needed for renewal. 

8 hours in Mandatory Education.

1 hour Sexual Harassment training is required for renewal.

Home inspector licenses expire on November 30, of Even years.
