You will learn all the skills required to become a licensed home inspector, with intense concentration on the technical skills, field training, digital reporting system and business skills necessary to pass the Illinois home inspector’s exam and get your Illinois home inspector’s license. You will work at your own pace with our online course. When you have mastered these essential skills, you will schedule field training with Legacy Home Inspection Training.

In the field training part of the course, you will learn hands on technical instruction and face to face training with our team of licensed instructors.  Sign up immediately, work at your own pace with a technical supervisor. You will schedule your 5 field events as it fits within your schedule by calling our office. Field training will be held at our training center and at actual home inspections.
